The Full Story
Baseball has been an integral part of my life since a young age, officially beginning at the tender age of 3. Even before then, my parents couldn't help but equip me with Fisher Price plastic bats and small neon gloves, as they grew up just as much a fan of the game as I have become. Over the years, I have traversed various levels of play, immersing myself in countless baseball environments throughout the nation and joining numerous teams. Along the way, I gained a deep understanding of the sport, from recreational leagues to NCAA D1 baseball, and forged connections with countless individuals.
The drive
In the late summer of 2022, I embarked on a long and cumbersome three-day drive with my father to Seattle University, my soon to be third destination of my college career. During this trip, we contemplated random, ambitious ideas, but our conversation took a meaningful turn as we reflected on the hidden aspects of baseball—the stories behind the scenes, in the locker rooms, on the field, and within the dugout—that often go unnoticed and that I had grown to love and cherish while playing. Inspired by these diverse experiences in the sport, I felt compelled to find a way to share this hidden world with others, particularly the thousands of players who share my love for the game as well as the countless baseball fans that don't usually get to see this side of the sport. Today, this store stands as a realization of that idea, a place where players and fans alike can proudly represent their passion for baseball.
